Each cake is personally designed and handmade by Nicki who has been a qualified pastry chef for 18 years, working in five star establishments both in the UK and Australia, her impressive CV includes The Sydney Opera House and The Park Lane Sydney.

Since leaving catering college she has won many awards for her pastry work and cake decorating. More recently Nicki has won several gold awards for cake decoration and design at the prestigious NEC trade show and silver at Hotelympia in London.
So whether you want rich, dark fruitcake, chocolate mud, vanilla sponge or any other style or flavour cake you know it will taste as good as it looks and it will look fantastic
